Vamos will have his first start of the year in the 5f maiden at Lingfield today. He shaped very well on his racecourse debut over 5f at Great Leighs last September, showing his inexperience before staying on well in the closing stages. He has been gelded since that start and has begun to prosper physically in the last month or so. The horse (pictured below) is sure to improve from this run, but it would be no surprise to us if he were to finish in the frame.
We had one runner last week and Leonaldo (pictured below) acquitted himself well when finishing fourth in the 7f handicap at Kempton last Wednesday. The race patently didn
