It was a welcome sight this morning as Assistant trainer Paul Cooper arrived back from Australia having had a few weeks off. He enjoyed the break and was pleased to get to the colder weather! It's also good to have Imogen back in the office so things can start to get back to normal now.
We have GOLDEN RATIO running to day at Wolvs and you would have to say she has a chance if she can improve on her first up run.
I had a message from Jack Houghton last night. He has informed me that he is running in the London Marathon this year for the charity, 'Kids'. I have been jogging with Jack in the past and i can assure you he needs all the help he can get! You can visit the 'Justgiving' site at www.justgiving.com/Matt-Jack-Matt and any support would be appreciated.
Thanks for the plug Jeremy. From memory, the only jogging I remember you doing was back into the office when you thought someone was stealing your bacon sandwich. Other than that, you're right - I need all the help I can get! Thanks again, and say hello to Sutton Veny for me (horse), and the rest of the team there.
Now Jack, i seem to remember you pulling the old 'stress fracture' card after a couple of weeks trying to match strides.
Bloody hell Jerry, I cant picture you out jogging with any one, never mind a fitness adonis like Jack Houghton!
