Yes the 'man flu' has taken it's toll and just starting to get on top of things again. There was no shortage of wisecracks this morning on the gallops regarding my fragile state however few would have a pain threshold as lofty as yours truly......honestly.
The sales at Goffs look to be pretty solid considering as we still endeavour to pick the eyes out any prospective charges.
Our thoughts must go out to the families of victim's in the terrible Tsunami and earthquake in Indonesia and Samoa. My special thoughts go to fellow trainer John Blacker from Tasmania whose wife was lost in Samoa. We all wish him a speedy recovery from his injuries and i know the industry there will get behind him. It definitely puts my troubles into perspective.
