DOMINIUM ran a lovely race first time out today at Kempton for Luke Morris. I was pleased with the way he knuckled down in the straight and will come on well for the run mainly from an educational point of view. He was a touch colty at the races but settled down well once the saddle went on and he knew it was business not pleasure! I think he has a future ahead of him.
It was disappointing to see the tennis this morning but Andy played very well and had his chances to get the upper hand but 'The Fed' was simply awesome. You can see him changing gears just when he needs to. Andy will be back and will win a major very soon.
It's always interesting to see the really great athletes and the way they look to do things easily and remain so calm and collected. It is exactly the same with horses. You don't often see a champion horse sweating or wasting any energy, a trait i look for in all horses that just might set them apart.
